Nitrogen Plant

Nitrogen plants ensure a continuous supply of liquid nitrogen gas by producing liquid gases-on site. The conversion of nitrogen gas into liquid form involves passing the air through a compressor and letting it through an air drier. Next, the semi liquefied air is passed through a gas separation unit which has an outlet for removal of oxygen waste; Nitrogen gas is finally made to pass through a cryogenerator (liquefier), which liquefies the nitrogen gas and is finally stored in a specially made metallic storage vessel for end use. These manufacturing plants have an in built chiller, eliminating need for any external cooling.
