Capsule polishing machines are effective in gently removing dust and
powder from the capsules and polishing them by means of a soft nylon
rotary brush. Capsules are transported with the help of a conveying belt
and vacuum is used to remove loose caps and bodies that might
accidentally be included in the batch. Tablet polishing machines are better than
other types of polishers such as salt pans and cheese cloth. The
machines are made of stainless steel and consist of a hopper and surface
plate; they are also easy to clean and handle and made in conformance
with the GMP norms. The speed of the brush can be adjusted according to
individual needs of polishing.
