ROPP capping machines are used to seal metallic/plastic screw caps on
bottles of various shapes and sizes. The machine consists of a cap
feeding hopper and a slat conveyor belt for inlet and outlet of bottles.
The process involves transfer of incoming bottles with caps through an
infeed worm and feeding it under the sealing head, resulting in perfect
and error free sealing. The sealed bottles are further transported to
the inspection section through the conveyor belt. The entire process is
driven by the electricity driven motor, for ease and efficiency of
operation. These machines are provided with variable speed mechanism for
speed adjustment and can accommodate bottles of various shapes, sizes
