Spray coating machines are an extension of coating pans and are most
suited for quick and uniform coating of tablets, granules and pellets.
The machines are manufactured from stainless steel and apply liquid
sprays or organic films onto a surface. The process involves atomizing
or aerosolizing of the liquid by a spray gun and coating the tablet or
pellets. These machines are equipped with an internal device to prevent
clogging; they also have a pneumatic regulating system which allows for
the adjustment of a spray pattern without opening of the spraying
