Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Tank

Sugar syrup tanks are used for syrup manufacturing and consist of a liquid manufacturing vessel with baffles and jacket to ensure a smooth and thick consistency syrup. Both manufacturing as well as storage tanks are jacketed with limpet coils for heating and cooling and are manufactured to withstand internal vacuum. The manufacturing tank is equipped with a vacuum pump for transferring the sugar syrup from manufacturing vessel to storage vessel. These vessels are connected by pipeline having filters to ensure uniformity.
