Automatic vial cap sealing machine perform the function of quickly and
efficiently sealing the vials with aluminium caps. Stoppered vials are
continuously fed into the sealing machine through a slat conveyor belt,
into the in feed worm for accurate sealing. Aluminium caps, kept in the
vibratory bowl are picked up from the delivery chute and placed on to
the vials and correctly positioned before actual sealing of these caps.
The machines are made from stainless steel and manufactured according to
the GMP norms. These motor driven machines are also equipped with safety
clutch for automatically stopping the machine in case the vials are
